RapidLife Solutions respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you request an estimate or send us a message we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, state of residence, date of birth or age, gender, tobacco use, general health class, desired coverage amount and term, and anything you write in a message field. We also record the date and time of your submission, your IP address and browser user-agent as evidence of the consent you gave.
Website analytics
We run our own first-party analytics to understand which pages are useful. We record the page path, referring site, campaign parameters, device type and screen size, and a one-way hashed visitor identifier. We do not store your raw IP address in analytics records, we do not use third-party advertising trackers, and we honour the Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control browser signals—if either is enabled, no analytics are recorded.
How we use your information
To respond to your request, prepare and present insurance options, submit applications to carriers on your behalf when you ask us to, and to maintain the records a licensed insurance producer is required to keep. If you consented to marketing email, we may also send educational content and reminders. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We share your information with insurance carriers and their underwriting service providers only as needed to obtain quotes and submit applications you have authorised, and with service providers who host this website and store our records under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with data brokers or advertising networks.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, subject to the record-retention obligations that apply to licensed insurance producers. To revoke consent to calls or text messages, reply STOP to any text or contact us using the details on this site. Depending on your state of residence you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act.
Data security
Access to our systems is protected by individual accounts and encrypted passwords, and data is transmitted over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of insurance-related information.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
